含羞草与草莓对电脉冲刺激的响应

摘 要:

本研究以敏感植物含羞草和非敏感植物草莓为试材, 对其能否对电脉冲刺激做出响应及其规律做了初步研究。结果发现, 含羞草对电脉冲刺激非常敏感, 微弱的单脉冲刺激可以导致小叶关闭和叶轴下垂。连续脉冲刺激可延缓草莓果实发育进程, 并诱发JA积累, 但对IAA和ABA含量没有显著影响。而且连续电脉冲刺激可抑制草莓果实成熟相关基因的表达, 如色素代谢关键基因FaCHSFaDFR, 香味代谢相关基因FaQR和细胞壁代谢相关基因FaPGFaEXPs等。以上结果表明, 敏感植物对电脉冲刺激的应答反应体现快速的机械运用, 而非敏感植物可体现在基因表达、生理代谢和生长发育。

Responses of Mimosa pudica and Fragaria vesca to electrical pulse stimulation

Abstract:

In this study, the sensitive plant Mimosa pudica and non sensitive strawberry (Fragaria vesca) were used as experimental materials, we studied the possibility of response and its rule to electric pulse stimulation. The results showed that M. pudica was very sensitive to electric pulse stimulation, and weak single pulse stimulation could lead to lobular closed and drooping leaf. Continuous electric pulse stimulation could delay the development of strawberry fruit and induce JA accumulation, but had no significant effect on the contents of IAA and ABA. Moreover, the expression of genes related to fruit ripening, such as FaCHS, FaDFR, FaQR, FaPG, FaEXPs, and so on. The results showed that the response of sensitive plants to electrical pulse stimulation was rapid mechanical application, but not sensitive plants could be expressed in gene expression, physiological metabolism and growth.
